Quick reference
Brand groupsGroups separate teams, departments, clients, or workspaces.
BrandsBrands are the teams, departments, programs, clients, or account families you report on.
PlatformsPlatforms are connected accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitch, and websites.

Home

  1. Pick the right brand group before opening the rest of the app.
  2. Use Quick Actions to jump into setup, analytics, and research pages.
  3. Check Account Health for connection notes and saved handle status.

Analytics

  1. Overview gives the quick health check for selected posts and platforms.
  2. Metrics compares brands across the same time periods.
  3. Detail focuses on account-level platform metrics.
  4. Performance, Followers, and Content split deeper reporting into focused views.

Research

  1. Hashtags tracks brand-owned hashtags across supported platforms.
  2. Trends checks broader tags over short timeframes.
  3. Competitors tracks public handles for watched brands.
  4. Filters help narrow research to the exact competitors or platforms you want.

Communication

  1. Brand filters follow the brand group selected in the top ribbon.
  2. Platform filters narrow comments and replies to one network.
  3. Replies publish only when the matching brand account is connected.

Planning

  1. Calendar shows when scheduled posts will go out.
  2. List shows upcoming scheduled posts in rows.
  3. Composer is where you choose a brand, platform accounts, media, and timing.

Brand Management

  1. Create groups first when you manage multiple departments, teams, or clients.
  2. Add real brands such as a department, team, client, or program name.
  3. Add platform handles inside the brand row, then authenticate when private metrics or publishing are needed.
  4. Rename instead of removing when fixing a typo.

Team Management

  1. Invite by email using the account the person will use to sign in.
  2. Assign groups and brands so staff only see what they need.
  3. Choose abilities such as viewing metrics or helping with planning.
  4. Managers connect accounts; regular users work from the access they are given.

Account Settings

  1. Update profile details so managers can identify the right account.
  2. Choose a theme for light, dark, or black and white display.
  3. Restore page tips if hidden tips need to be shown again.

Admin

  1. Founder and admin tools affect account access, plans, and system data.
  2. Last login helps identify active and inactive accounts.
  3. Roles and plans are separate: roles control powers, plans support billing groups.
